ED 340 - Methods for Teaching Math - Secondary

This course is designed to support the beginning secondary math teacher. Presuming a solid foundation of conceptual knowledge in the content area, the course emphasizes the development of a framework of instructional knowledge and skills to provide successful learning for all students. This course has 30-40 field lab hours, which are off-campus; students are responsible for their own transportation. Students must take at least 24 semester hours of credit in math.
