ED 560 - Educational Psychology

This course supports teachers in developing practical and effective approaches to various forms of student assessment. Students will make distinctions between formative and summative assessments. Pre-service teachers will learn various approaches to gathering student and teacher feedback to facilitate students learning and guide instruction. The course will explore grading systems that are consistent, reliable, and valid. This course has field lab hours, which are off-cam pus; students are responsible for their own transportation.
