SPAN 325 - Cultures and Civilizations of Spain 3 Credit(s)
Study of the development of the Spanish nation and the Spanish identity, through an overview of its geography, history, civilizations, and cultures, from prehistoric periods to the present. Topics explored in this course include: the Roman legacy, the church, the moors, the great writers of the Golden Age, the great Spanish monarchs, the lost Empire, and famous contemporary artists and political personalities.
Prerequisite(s): SPAN 204 Minimum Grade: C- OR T
